It starts in Africa, the Savanahs to be exact. The BSAA have been trying to find who's been expirementing with the people here. But things haave changed sense the incident at Racoon city, their not zombies anymore, just infected people, the majini. They still want to to infect you, but they can talk but not reason, they know how to use weapons and vehicles, the only thing that gives them away are the occasional howl followed by a disgusting tenticle-like object coming out of their mouth. get to the bottom of this incident and stop the enemy.
